私は外国人に日本語を教える日本語教師を目指しながら働いています。

 

現在、色々な外国人と接する機会も多く、面白い話をよく聞きます。

現在、日本からの出国者数より海外からの入国者数が多く、ますます注目されている日本なのです。

最低限、下記のことが必要です。

●日本語力
・主にスピーキング（銀行でローンを組むやりとりができること必須）
・住所と名前が書けるくらいのライティング

●永住権

●日本にある会社から収入があること(税金を払っていること）

●日本に生活の拠点があること

●住民票（外国人登録証明書）

日本人でも申請書類は難しくハードルが高いものですが、非漢字圏の外国人の方は、私たち日本人が思うより、もっと難しく感じてます。

There are not a few foreigner who wish to purchase a house lives in Japan.
Then,at a minimum,You need the following things.

●Japanese skill

Writing skill that you can fill out your name and address  in Japanese .

especially speaking Japanese skill that you can talk with banker.

●Permanent Residency

●Being income from a company in Japan (paying taxes)

●To have a base of life in Japan

●Certificate of residence

Application documents are difficult for Japanese people,but foreigners in non-Kanji areas will feel more difficult.
